I’m the CEO and Managing Director of Kinnarps Polska, and for over 25 years my work has been rooted in one belief: leadership begins with values. Whether I’m guiding a company, supporting a team, or mentoring an individual, I focus on clarity, purpose, and the courage to live in alignment with what matters most.

My Story
I have been leading Kinnarps Polska for more than two decades, navigating the company through changing markets, evolving workplace trends, and the ongoing shift toward human-centred, sustainable office design.
I graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics, but the most important lessons came from experience — navigating changing markets, guiding teams, and learning how much impact thoughtful leadership can have on people’s lives.
Through my work with the Women Leaders Foundation, I’ve also spent many years supporting women in leadership and helping them build confidence in their own direction. My commitment to authentic leadership has been recognized, among others, with the BrandMe CEO award.
Across all these roles, one thing has remained constant: my belief that the real power of leadership lies in knowing your values and living them consistently — in business, sport, and everyday decisions.
How I Coach
My approach is direct, reflective, and rooted in practice. I draw from many years of leading a company, making complex decisions, working with teams, and rebuilding balance when challenges arise.
