My Story
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw (WISP), specialising
in neuropsychology and neuroscience. Through Erasmus+ scholarships, I completed an
academic exchange at Maastricht University (Netherlands) and a research internship at
Kingston University London (UK), conducting interdisciplinary work in cognitive and social
psychology.
For over a decade, I have been professionally developing in clinical psychology,
neuropsychology, neuroscience, and experimental psychology. My experience spans
research, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, therapy, and neurorehabilitation.
I have provided diagnostics, therapy, and crisis interventions for children, adolescents, and
adults at Spokój w Głowie clinic, and delivered individual and group therapy for children on
the autism spectrum at the Hope Montessori Autism Care Centre in Dublin.
Since 2024, I have also been managing my own practice - LES SENS, where I offer
psychological and neuropsychological consultations, as well as personal development
sessions in Polish and English.
My clinical and research background includes:

I have developed my scientific skills in Poland, the UK, and Australia, presenting at
international conferences in Australia, Canada, the United States, and Spain. I remain active
in research, co-authoring publications and collaborating on international projects.

How I Work
In my practice, I value authenticity, attentiveness, and respect for each person’s individuality, creating a space rooted in safety, acceptance, and trust. I offer psychological and neuropsychological consultations, as well as personal development sessions, in Polish and English. I support adolescents and adults experiencing emotional, cognitive, relational, and behavioral difficulties, including individuals with neurological conditions or recovering from brain injury.
I combine evidence-based approaches - primarily Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - with elements of Schema Therapy, SFBT, DBT, neuroscience-informed methods, and relaxation/mindfulness techniques (breathing, movement, sensory and visualization
practices). I tailor each support plan to the client’s individual needs and goals.
I integrate neuroscience with psychological practice, offering holistic therapeutic and developmental support. Continuous supervision ensures the quality of my work. I accompany each client with empathy and commitment, helping them build self-awareness, strengthen inner resources, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Inspired by the subconscious mind through the lens of neuroscience, I draw creative nourishment from literature, art, nature, travel, and intercultural experiences - sources that deepen perspective, sensitivity, and understanding.
I invite you to co-create a space that nurtures inner balance and opens new possibilities.
